By accessing or using RaceTrax (“the Service”), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RaceTrax exists to foster a positive, supportive community. Every policy, feature, and moderation decision we make is guided by one principle: does this contribute positively to our community? By using the Service, you agree to participate in that spirit.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content on RaceTrax, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content, but acknowledge that content posted to the platform may be visible to other users in accordance with your privacy settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
